What happens in the first session ?

During the initual consultation we cover what your goals are and how you know you have achieved these. That is the main undering theme of all the sessions 


What after care do you provide?

One aftercare email support will be sent

Before the session we will determine if would like me to send you the recorded personalised visualisation and/or EFT script. This will be sent within 24 hours of the session (excluding weekend and bank holidays).

Are there any forms I need to fill before the sessions?

A document will be emailed to you before the session for you to complete and email back before the session.

When are you available for the sessions?

Sessions are avaiable usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am, 12noon, 2pm or 4pm UK Time.

What happens when I make the payment?

Once you have purchased the session, I will email you with 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrange a mutually suitable time. Please note that all sessions are on zoom usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am, 12noon, 2pm or 4pm UK Time.

Where are the sessions held?

All sessions are on zoom and limited sessions are available in Great Barr, Birmingham, UK depending on local lockdown rules.
