This episode titled “Self Less Service” is an interview with Wendy Power Stoten  – EFT Practitioner and FAST Founder and Co-ordinator – Frontline assistance for stress and trauma. We talk about the importance of giving to others in a way that is beyond us, it is a calling that we compelled to respond to.

Whilst EFT is currently not available through the NHS, FAST is a wonderful source of support for Frontline assistance. Check out the FAQ on the above website for further information.

The final part of this podcast is how Wendy birthed herself brave and how FAST is creating new opportunities to be nurtured and to nurture. We often think when we give we have less left for ourselves, however, this interview is definitely an inspiration for others to start the process of less self-service to start enjoying inside out satisfaction and abundance.
