This episode titled “Alchemy of Grief giving rise to the birth of Love Reflexology” is an interview Kelly Hainsworth, Reflexologist, mentor and founder of love reflexology This is a gentle, interactive and compassionate discussion on how to allow the alchemy of grief to take place and lead the way for the birth positive nurturing community. We spoke about how Kelly came across Reflexology after the loss of her brother John. Through reflexology, Kelly rediscovered herself. During her first reflexology session, calmness washed over her, it was like her whole body was having a hug, she felt she released a lot through her tears. After her session, she slept through the night which meant a lot to her and she felt stronger and refreshed. This experience propelled her to become a reflexologist herself and go through the alchemy of grief by giving birth to the blossoming community called Love Reflexology. We spoke about her she can hear still hear brother John even now telling her ‘just do it.’ Kelly managed to navigate through her grief and move forward not to move on after the loss of her brother.
